Less than half of A&E patients 'get the help they need'

Care Quality Commission says people’s experience in emergency
departments is worsening as hospitals struggle to cope with
increasing demand

Less than half of patients in A&E are able to summon help
from doctors and nurses when they need it, the NHS watchdog
has said.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) has warned that people’s
experience in emergency departments is getting worse as
hospitals struggle to cope with increasing demand.

A survey of more than 36,000 people who used NHS urgent
and emergency care in England last autumn found that only
45 per cent were confident that they could “always” get
help from clinical staff at any point during their stay,
down from 58 per cent two years previously.

. . .

Ah, glorious 'socialized' medicine ...

The IngSoc faction told you the 'free money' stuff
would last forever ... and you BELIEVED them.

So, even if you can't be bothered to lift a finger
all your life you are just "entitled" to free
medicine and a lot of other 'free' stuff, right ?

Well, WAKIE WAKIE ... the 'free money' has long
since RUN OUT and the means of MAKING money are
dying like flowers in a forest fire. Even as
Russians circle closer and closer your military
keeps CUTTING BACK.

The UK is now "entitled" to the full Darwinian
treatment ....

Not sure exactly who your new overlords will be,
but I do know you WON'T LIKE THEM.

Back to 16 hour days in the mines most likely,
living on table scraps. Better not complain ...

Oh, and all this with the knowledge YOU made
it this way ! You WERE warned, but still ....

Coupled with exploding immigration by mostly Muslims who are looking for free stuff, the country
will ultimately collapse.
The same can be said of France.
And if the border in US continues to be open, the same will happen there as well.

I no longer think all those "immigrants"/"refugees" coming
in are an accident, or taken in due to "compassion". They
are the cheap young (taxable) labor needed to float things
as native populations age and shrink. You can either go
full "Handmaid", or IMPORT replacements.

The flip is that as FAST as they're coming, they don't have
time to leave their problems behind. This makes the host
countries more and more like the places these people were
fleeing in the first place.

I never did believe the compassion argument. If that were true, you wouldn't see Biden
circumventing every rule of law to allow anyone who is breathing into the USA unimpeded.
The goal of the elite, ultra left, Marxists is to destroy the sovereignty of the US and create 2
classes: rich and the rest of us, the poor who will be dependent upon the government and in return
will give up their control of things like automobile choice, gas stoves, a/c units, heating plants
etc.
It's happening already. This is how it starts. We are for the most part repeating Germany circa
1930's.

If you look at the migrants lining the streets of NYC, sleeping in tents, defecating on the
sidewalk and so forth, you will notice many, many different ethnic backgrounds. There are a lot of
Chinese young men and middle eastern ones as well.
The media will only show, for the most part, the Spanish families cowering in fear and so forth
which is the narrative the left media wants the people to believe.

Based upon the number of known terrorists that the authorities have captured, the number of got
away terrorists has to be substantial.

These illegal immigrants are draining the coffers of the various cities they are arriving in.
The hospitals, especially on the border states, are collapsing under the load.
And then there is the disease some of these people bring into the country.
All of a sudden, polio, TB, leprosy and other diseases that were for the most part eradicated are
now popping up in the USA.

It goes on and on but the people need to wake up and learn what is really happening, why it is
happening and who is behind this threat to our country.

Socialism only works up until the point where the system runs out of people footing the bill, via
taxes.
That point has already been reached and exceeded - in the UK but
also in much of the EU and the USA. Cannot raise taxes on people
much more or the food will run out. Can't raise taxes on corps
much more or they just go belly-up - and take both tax money and
the tax money of all those employees along with them.

"Yellow" seems to be a fair example ... 30+ thousand employees
gone, services that won't get purchased anymore, lots of fallout.
Despite some biggies appearing to make a lot of profit that can
be an illusion, being just *slightly* ahead of their very
considerable expenses.

So, the State starts BORROWING MONEY and PRINTING MONEY ... that
is how they get by yet another day. Can't last. For the UK, looks
like time's up. France will follow in a few years, sooner if they
stick with Macron.

Ah, poor France ! Decided to make themselves independent from the

Can you cite that? I'd like to read about it.

Never mind. Found it in Le Monde.

https://www.lemonde.fr/en/les-decodeurs/article/2023/08/04/how-dependent-is-france-on-niger-s-uranium_6080772_8.html

France's total uranium imports come to 88,200 tonnes. Niger supplied 17,615.

17615 / 88200 = 20%.

This is not going to be a big time crisis for France as the French have 10 suppliers
total. But it is something they'll need to deal with.
